Re: Dexta gearbox
No I am not sure, just taken off the off side trumpet today and found a broken spacer? Just below the diff housing but can’t see any teeth off the crown wheel so tomorrow will dismantle the diff assembly, although I don’t see a spacer in the diagram.

Dexta gearbox
59 Dexta gearbox rebuild, help and advice please. Under load the gearbox or back end seems to jump, my thinking it is a bearing failure. So far I have split the back end from the gearbox hoping to find the fault but nothing so far the rear gearbox plate will not come off so there must be something h...

Re: Dexta Hydraulics
Hi Chris I was faced with the same problem; I managed to re face the cam follower peg by carefully building it up with weld (gas) without removing the arm. I discovered later that the shuttle valve was sticking in the piston housing, it is behind the two covers fixed with two or three bolts, once th...

Re: Help required getting Hydraulics’ working
Hi
I do not see a select knob, I changed all the rubbers and reset the linkages best I could. I will try to see if oil is being pumped, all the old oil was drained chest cleaned out and new oil is it possible that the system is “air locked”?
