Does anyone know the thread size of the fuel union on the cold start jet? Having refurbished the jet it now let's fuel by and I'd like to fit a tap without replacing the jet, but I'm rubbish at working out thread sizes.

I have a pneumaticaly governed Dexta. Not sure about the bulkhead, didn't realise they differed. I'll try to get a photo. The parts diagram looked like these could come apart and be fed into the bulkhead, do they not come apart?

Yes thanks Brian, I have found that the first number denotes cold viscosity and the second number denotes viscosity at 100 degrees. Well to close the loop, I've now got the pressure switch in and working. The warning light goes out at about 1600 revs so I'm going to try an oil change for 20w-50 and see if that makes a lot of difference...

Is this where the temperature sensor is supposed to go? Would like to fit a gauge (it's never had one since we've had it). Are any better than others? Was looking at malpas and they have two types. That's what I thought but it seemed a bit excessive. Just inner seals and maybe a selection of shims then
