Loader Identification

What is the easy way to identify the difference between Mil and Horndraulic loaders? I have seen pictures claiming to be of Mil loaders that to me look like horndraulic. My super dexta and 4610 both have loaders that i believe to be Horndraulic but also my super dexta loader frame is not the same as...

That's good news.
It makes you wonder if they are sourcing these from 2 different manufacturers to have such variations.
Hopefully next week I will be ordering mine

Have you checked the track rod ends to see if they are moving freely. I have known tight steering caused by the 4 joints partially siezed.

There are many reasons why it may have stopped if it was over revving. Does it turn over by hand without locking up?

That sounds like water pump, a hose or thermostat housing in that area.
I'm about an hour away from you in Pontypool, not sure if anyone else is closer.

Thanks Mark,

I am still undecided on which option to take but if I do go with Agriline then I can at least approach them equipped with the information to try and avoid any problems. Let's hope they reimburse you for the wasted work you have put in so far because of their error.

Have you had any response from Agriline yet?
I am considering a head for mine but don't want to make problems for myself and have all the same issues.

Thanks John,
I had already seen that post and this is my concern regarding these heads. Yes they are £100 cheaper than the competition and look very appealing but could be more of a problem than they are worth. Will be interesting to see the outcome from Agriline on this issue.

Super dexta cylinder head and hydraulic issues

Hi I am in the process of restoring a Super Dexta which i have wned now for about 20 years but has sadly spent the last 6 in the corner of the yard. Prior to being parked up it was a very poor starter - first it would fire up on one cylinder then the other two would cut in but since standing the eng...
