can't help you with supplier - but "imperial blue" is the name i got for the np blue - slightly richer colour than the empire

I'm looking for an (enamel?) paint supplier for my NP super major. Can anyone recommend a supplier. I can get the 'empire blue' normal major colour

in lots of places but haven't found the new performance shade yet?

On the grey-wheeled tractors the colour is a Fordson Light Grey and the blue is New Performance Blue which is not Empire Blue, it is much lighter.

I have strayed from the Dexta area to here where I don't know much, but since no one else has answered I will say that I assumed the later majors to be the same colour as Dexta, i.e. Empire Blue
and Howard (rotovator) orange.

I'm sure someone will correc me if I'm wrong.

I've heard buskins too Brian, just checked to see if it was general or a Norfolk dialect word and find buskin boots go back to the ancient Greeks and buskin leggings more recent - we have a girl in the village who goes busking with her guitar in that there Norridge but she wears striped socks..........

The leather gaiters were called "buskins" here. Father wore them with the hob nail boots.
