Probably all the massey ferguson perkins p3 152 that he has seen does has lip on the liners, but super dextas are f3 152, ford cast block put together by perkins, with perkins parts to ford spec's unless, it has been machined.

Semi-Finished Vs. Finished
If the parent bore diameters, out-of- round or taper are out of specification or even marginal, semi-
finished liners should be fitted and then bored and honed to size.

dry sleeves, you can put new rings in it, do not know if you get oversize rings or not? probably not, everybody probably going to say why not replace the liners and pistons also,then you almost have a new engine, you can go to youtube and watch some videos on sleeve removal

If it was a gasoline tank I would empty it and then fill it with water before I put a torch any where near it.

I would probably cut the steering wheel to the core with a grinder where you could heat it with the flame, in a upward position as not to heat the fuel tank or on top and keep the flame from fuel tank and or put wet rags on it, and try to tap it off or then pull it off, I would put a new steering wh...

probably oil leaked out, bad seals, probably been outside in the rain or dew, from the weather, water got sucked into the gear box and then rusted I do not like leaving a tractor out in the weather, just my 2 cents,

weld it , grind it, do the rockers too, new seals, gaskets, etc. agriline has parts , 90w gear oil, new top shaft, new ball bearings, shims etc.

I redid mine about 2 months ago welded the arms and rocker shafts, regrind, new seals, gaskets, top column shaft, 16 balls instead of 15 . I am going to see how that works out, heated the 90w weight to 250F poured it through vent hole I did not mark any thing but looked at this diagram before I asse...

I heated 90w gear oil to 250 F., poured it slowly through the vent hole took total of 10 minutes.

5/16 x 7/8 on my 1961 dexta just replaced knocked it out with a punch with a pry bar behind it

The grease comes from the axle bearing , your inner seal went bad and the oil from the rear end forced the grease out to the brake shoes I was told you could clean the shoes up , bake the grease out in an old oven , but decided to buy new shoes, install new inner seals , repack the axle bearings and...

Original Dexta fuel pipes are steel! used cut rubber fuel line instead of brass olives on the ends of the steel pipe,it sealed the pipes, used a cav single stage filter unit, I replaced the fordson original filter unit
