Orange, green and blue paint!!

Hi,
Don't know if anybody would know when the various colour schemes were used?
Know the rough years but would be handy to know the month they began using each colour, especially the green paint used during the war as my neighbour has some from around this time and is planning some restoration and wants to get the paint job correct!
