Has anyone tried to restore a levelling box on a super major hydraulic drop arm? Mine is completely worn out, there seems to be a brass bush in the housing that holds the revolving thread of the drop arm but there are washers inside the housing that appear to be worn also and the adjusting handle is also very worn. Any help gratefully received!!

Got it sorted....welded the adjusting handle then ground it down to fit the (enlarged) socket, shimmed the threaded shaft to make it fit properly, all working, not as good as new but after 60 years of work it will be ok !
