My Dexta Had A "Blue Tuneup"

I had heard the term "blue tuneup" before and now I've seen it. While cleaning my Dexta in preparation to pull the lift cover, I knocked off a chunk of oil-dirt that had been painted blue during the blue tuneup. There is also blue over-spray on some of the wiring. I hope all the new paint is hiding is dirt
