correct filling of oil lbreather bowl

correct filling of oil lbreather bowl

On the inside of the bowl is a cup with holes does this cup have to be filled with oil , or is it just outside of the cup to the level, i have always just filled the outside of the cup but have been wondering have i been filling it wrongly . Gerry

You need to fill both cups.
