Im changing the clutchplates on my Super Dexta with live PTO. With the new plates mounted i have only 9mm stroke on the PTO release arms. Is that to short? The total stroke for the clutch release bearing seems to be around 50mm.
How can i adjust the release arms without any special tools?

The clutcbearing total stroke is 54mm and 50mm without the freplay that should be.
The distans betwen the drive release arms and PTO release arms is 19mm and the stroke for the PTO releasearms is 9mm before they bottoms on my clutch. Would this work corectly or should i adjust it?

Double Clutch Adjustment
Emil,
I trust you have a copy of the Workshop Manual? It's downloadable from Stefan's website (fordson-dexta.de).
It looks like the manual calls for some tools to set the clutch.
If you are still stuck, I suggest you email Stefan as he has a double clutch on his Dexta and is always very helpful.
All the best,

Input Shaft Bearing
Emil,
Did you change this bearing?
How did you remove it? What it easy to remove? Did you have to take out the input shaft completely to change the bearing?
Thanks,

Yes i changed the PTO input shaft bearing, nedlebearing and the two seals. It was not a big job. Just remove the clutch releasebearing, clutchfork and shaft. Then remove the "PTO house" with PTO shaft. The shaft is hold by a clip.
I didnt shange the mainshaft bearing(the secend bearing in the picture). That is more job because you have to split the gearbox.
