Agriline Head - Another 'issuete!'
Agriline Head - Another 'issuete!'
Been bolting the ancillaries back onto my new head and found another problem.....and this one I dont think I can fix!
And closer up we see.
Bugger......another call required, fingers crossed

Here is a link to my original findings on the head:

So the water passage was not my only issue although the other faults were easily (ish) sorted.
The interesting thing is that Jerry got what looked to be an excellent quality head which looked totaly different to mine!

Indeed although I would guess that the first one was not even a dexta head!Gavin wrote:That's good news.
It makes you wonder if they are sourcing these from 2 different manufacturers to have such variations.
Hopefully next week I will be ordering mine

Hi Ruysselm
Did you find any more differences with the new head from Agriline?
My head had extra tapped holes on the RHS. Two at the front where on my old head there are just two raised areas and at the rear ther are four again where there are raised areas. I have decided just to blank them with bolts and a smear of Hylomar Gasket cemement as they go through into the oil return passages.
It was also supplied with two plates on the rear which arn't used on a Dexta so I think its a @one size fits all' for FE35 engines as well. IMHO.
regards
Jerry
