Original Gear stick knob

Hi all,
The original gear knob for the Dextas had the shift
pattern on the top of the ball. It may seem trivial but I would
like to get one but cannot find any refference to this at all.
I have seen other pics that show this shift knob.
Does anyone know if they are still made and how to get one.

Have a go with an engravers tool or a dremel type, your Dexta looks good.

i think only the early dextas had them gear knobs, i've never seen an original or repro one they must be like hens teeth
