On my new project (which i havent collected yet, hopefully this week if dry enough), the brakes drum backing plate has rusted away quite badly both sides. Can you buy these bits still?
Oh yay, look, another seized bolt! Lets get a hammer.....and some kano.....and some cider!

I'm not aware of a supplier for new ones although I know Agriline supply the back plate + shoes for Fergies for less than £100.
You sould easily get them from a breakers such as Ron Greet, Malcom Hipperson & Railswood.
