not a new topic but engine oil type

i have looked at a lot of postings on here, but just need straight answer what oil in my dexta 1958,
my 1st oil change and have no idea when it was last changed.
i don't fancy putting one in with detergent i got that from the posts re may make it leek or burn oil.
20/50
w30 (is that 5w/30) or just w30
i will most likely do it twice to clean out as much gunk as i can .
any help will be good.
