Hi all, bank holiday weekend and i have Tuesday off as well.
among the 100 jobs for the wife i hope to get the fan cowl, new thermostat, new oil sender & oil light fitted, fill engine oil and see if all that stops her over heating (tractor not wife).
got new pipes for rad as well so any tips or tricks for removing rad and fitting cowl will be great (copy cowl from agriline), i would think the thermostat is same as a car so not hard to do, all the pipe clips look like they need cutting off (got new ones)
thanks in advance and have a great weekend

Re: fitting new fan cowl
All fairly straight forward. Just make sure the fan spins OK inside the cowl with no grauching.spike wrote:got new pipes for rad as well so any tips or tricks for removing rad and fitting cowl will be great (copy cowl from agriline)
Remember you should have anti-vib rubber pads under the radiator. You can use these to give a degree of height adjustment of rad & cowl.
