Super dexta oil

Post by Bchaney »

Hi, we were finally able to start my super dexta by pulling it off, although my hydraulic lift would not come up. I still have some issues to fix. Anyway I was going to change the oil in the rear end/hydraulic.Im I correct in reading that you need to put Sae 30hd in everything? Thanks for any help.

HD 20/30 is best or any Multigrade oil that does not have additives for oil cooled brakes in it. I run Morrises 20/50 in all mine but it depends on your climate.

So you run 20/50 in your engine, tran and rear end? Temps here are upper 90's in the summer and upper 30' in the winter.

Yes, and with those sort of temperatures you will be fine. 30HD would be fine too if you can get it.
