Super decta lift

Hey guys. I was trying to lift one side of a log with my super dexta to load on a trailor. And the tractor acted like it was not even trying to lift. My neighbor has a smaller ford tractor and it wouldn't pick it up either but his front end would come off the ground. Does the dexta have enough lift to make the front end move or do I have a weak lift. It will pick up a rottor cutter and disc fine. The lift does bounce some when lifting a disc so I know I have a leak somewhere. Is there a way to check the pump without taking it off? Thanks

Hiya

The Fordson manuals do detail a method of attaching a pressure gauge to the output of the pump and/or the auxiliary services valve. See links for details

I believe this is serious high pressure kit, so not sure what you would have available locally.

I'd guess that if you lift mechanisms can raise lighter implements but not heavy logs that there may be some wear/leakage taking place???
