Fan shroud super dexta

Post by Bchaney »

Hey guys. My fan shroud is so badly warped that it hits the blades on and off the whole time it's running. I'm not having a easy time trying to find one. Do I really need it on there? Thanks

You won't get the cooling without it. How much that matters, depends on how hard you want to work her and in what temps.

I may have one. If you send me the dims, and ideally a photo I will check for you, if you wish.

Thanks for the replies. I noticed on one of the picture that there is a top bracket on the radiator. My tractor was in pieces when I got it and doesn't have brackets on top. I bet if I put some on it it wouldn't hit.

Mine didn't have any top brackets either, I made the ones you see in the pictures. I had to muck about quite a bit to get the radiator to stand vertical and to get the correct bends in the top brackets to make it all fit. having the long slots in the brackets helps.
