superdexta or dexta

This ? has been discussed before but like so many of the dexta history seems to get kind of confused with the passage of time, the ? i am refering to is; where all superdextas fitted with live drive or was this this an extra , i know it was an extra on standered dexta,s. but heard some people say it was as standerd on supers , any light on this would be welcome, GERRY

Live drive was never standard on any Fordson tractor. It was always an option. It may have been standard in other markets but in Europe it was an extra.

Thanks Brian for clarifiying that,it will let me know when i try buying another dexta or s/d that not having live/d does not mean it is a bitsa,or a dexta done up to look like a super,I have argurments abouts this before, GERRY
