3 cylinder Ford coolant leak/Clutch

The 3000 since I aquired it has had an intermitant coolant leak, but do you think I could get a good picture of it on the internet, of the back of the block on a 1000 series Ford?
So I've finally decided to operate....

As you can see the lower of the two frost plugs at the back of the block is leaking.

Trying to replace the frost plug without spliting the tractor would nearly be as hard as reseting the valve clearances after retorquing the heads on a TS 3
Apart from that, the clutch plate is Ok, but the pressure plate is worn out as the pto plate is perminantly bonded to it. TSG.
