Hi all
My 5000 turns sharper to the left than the right.
It's had a 2nd hand power steering system added to it (not by me). It's the type that has the power steering ram under the radiator.
The draglink from the steering box arm to the front axle spindle arm appears to be too short. I may have to cut & weld to check it out.
Doe's anybody know if the PS 5000 used the same length draglink as the non PS 5000.
My draglink measures 1250mm ctr to ctr of the balljoints, the same length as my non PS 5000.
I look forward to any replies.

Re: Kev's 5000 steering
My original thought of the steering being out of adjustment was correct, but not the draglink.
It was the tierods that were out of adjustment (1x too long, 1x too short) which gave the steering box uneven steering travel(had about 65% travel to the left, 35% travel to the right), hence turning sharper to the left.
Now to tidy up those hoses.

Hoi Kev,
How's your 5000 doing?
Is the steering okay now?
Some pictures of the tractor would be great.
