Ford 8210 mrk 3 EDC valve leak

Hi
On my Ford 8210 mrk. 3 the EDC valve leaks and I want to change the seals / o-rings.
I have the repair manual (see picture below) but I can not find the part numbers in the
online CNH parts catalog. Does any one on this site on the dimentions of the parts ?
Earlier a repair kit was avalible it CNH, but the kit is no longer available from CNH
i have been told.
I think I need the parts no : 1,2, 5, 8,11, 23, 24
