cooks winch spares required!

how do all,
i have a fordson major with a cooks winch, shes worth weight in gold as she is the recovery bus! as been slightly tacky year shes hardly had time to get cold been fair amount of stuck machinery!
any way reason i am here is that the winch needs a new slow wind in gear, any one know of where i could get spares from? any help be much appreciated
