My grandparents ran what was known as a "machine station" in it's day. They had a considerable amount of blue tractors operating in their active days.

I'm not sure what that other tractor on the first photo is. I'll have to ask my dad.

To my knowledge they never used county on their farm. I don't think they were that popular in farming during the early days. They were more popular in forrestry and construction. Maybe it had something to do with Norwegian farms being small.

Yes, nice photos. Would I be right to date them to the 60's and early 70's? Looks like the farm had a very rocky hill top. Dandy Dave!

I think 60-70's should be about right.

I found some more nostalgics. I suspect that there might be something not blue here, but I cannot tell due to lack of colours

The one to the right is a MAN, according to my uncle.

Well, I kind of have the impression that they were all very fond of the Fordsons and Fords, much because of the MAN tractors
