Ransomes C 10 cultivator.

Post by David Ebro »

Hi:

Tomorrow there is a demonstration of veteran tractors in the neighbour municipality and I want to go with my MF 135 and my cultivator Ransomes C10.

t is customary to write a poster with the maximum information about the tractor and its tool, so I ask to inform me the years of construction of the Ransomes C 10 cultivator.

Bests regards: David Ebro.

Hi David

I had a look through Brian Bell's book on Ransomes and while there are lots of cultivator / toolbars referenced the C10 doesn't appear to be mentioned and the range of dates on those that are looks like they re used designations for trailed and mounted implements and didn't issue them in sequence anyway, so I couldn't even guess.

Unless someone who has a periodical with the launch or adverts in can help, I suggest you google and email the Museum of English Rural Life who hold a chunk of Ransomes archive material, I can't even help with a contact name as my long time friend there, Roy Brigden, has now retired. :(

Sorry - but enjoy your gathering anyway
Best regards
