I'm not much of a Detroit Diesel fan, but I thought that this one was kind of interesting.

JC, your you tube videos are like eating Lays potato chips, (you can't just eat one), well I can't seem to just watch one.
I drove a 170 ton Electra Haul rock truck on Martiki mine back in the eighty's, and they had Detroit Diesel engines in them, I can't remember if they had 12 cyd or 16 cyl engines. Man were they loud when you dumped, there was no way you could roll down the window on the passenger side, you would be deaf after one shift. The only thing bad about them after all the noise was, when you walked under them to check the motor oil you needed an umbrella to keep from getting oil on you. I ruined I don't know how many shirts when I drove this truck. They were still a good truck, handled good and had great brakes.
See ya
