did you manage to leave the house red and white?
Peter (my workshop is blue an a little orange now)
You have to ask your wife, I think. For me it's ok.frode wrote:What about painting the house Ford Tractor Blue?
haha, that was a good one Its quite handy having access to a truck like that. Its my everyday job, I work in the crane businessBearCreek Majors wrote:So if you’re being lazy and don’t feel like starting the tractor up to put it away …do you just pick the garage up and set it over the tractor???

Yup, I have spotted several spots allready. Nothing the mini paintgun wont cover when she's back together. Its my neighbour spraying it in the picture. He has his own paintshop, picked up the sheetmetal parts this eveningsuper6954 wrote:Hi
She looks real nice and a good way to paint it . I bet even doing it like that you still missed a bit somewhere
Looking forward to seeing the finished tractor pictures

Where do you get the decalls for the tractor?
Would it be possible, to have a second set printed and send them to Germany? I will need them, as soon as I start painting my 654.frode wrote:county654 wrote:Great Job, I am far behind with my 654

They will be custom made by another friend of mine. I asked Mark Osbourne (Who have the stock of County-parts in UK), and the only one he got was the "Super-4" sticker for the back of the seat.
I will look into the stickers. Mine is #17812county654 wrote:Would it be possible, to have a second set printed and send them to Germany? I will need them, as soon as I start painting my 654.frode wrote:county654 wrote:Great Job, I am far behind with my 654

Usually the cost of setup is higher than the next couple of printed items.
By the way , what County number is your tractor. I think mine was like # 16.251
Yep, it was payment for pickup up a Fendt 308 for my neighbour Have done plenty of work on it. Engine was seized when I got it, and pto clutch had warped discs, both are rebuilded. I have fit a new pin and bushing on the rear pivot for the front axle. Replaced the seals on the brake crossshaft, and on the input axle for the transmission. New hydraulic steering, too much to list. I have forgot half of it allreadyford5000y wrote:Frode,
According to your older post about your 654, you said you got it for free
I'm sure my father would be very envious of you (because of the fact that it's free). My father, an OFW, likes countys (even though he also likes one of those red and grey menace). but don't worry, he's got a soft spot for fordsons, claiming that even a fiat would be no match against a fordson when it comes to speed .
That was ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!!!frode wrote:
Next week I'll start on the rops and front blade!
