never seen a single digit phone number before!
it wasn't until I looked a bit closer that I saw the Major quite clearly.

Looks like an M-F under that one. :D

Back in the 1970's there was a wrap around combine, the J-F, sold from Terrington St Clements near Kings Lynn and I know Harry Ferguson made one to fit the TE range.

We also did some prototype work on the New Idea systems tractor with the idea to use the automatic speed control unit on it but it did not come to fruition. they had both a combine and a forage harvester to fit on that.

The two companies mentioned in the leaflet are still in existence.

It looks like the hood of a Someca. A license from Fiat with a Simca engine. Theres a picture from onea bit furder.

Hallo,
the french ownwer of the page told me, it was a Someca.
Those machines are very rare even in central France.
At ebay uk there is a magazine availible, writting about Dhotel combines:
