i have installed new king pin bushes but they are too tight to fit the king pin in, do i need to ream them to a size?

I would be very wary of reaming these bushes as it would be easy to remove the thin bearing surface and expose the metal shell.
These are thin walled split bushes and can very easily be distorted and collapse whilst being fitted. Ideally you require a mandrel that is slightly larger in diameter than the external diameter of the kingpin so that it prevents the bush from collapsing as it is pushed into the housing.
Dimensions of the required mandrels were posted on the old site as being 31mm dia and 34mm dia.

mandrels were do i get one from in the uk, has any one got any idea please i am in the Midlands nr warwick, and why 2 sizes 31mm and 34mm or is it expandable
