Had a plastic on my mf65 then bought a metal one.

Agriline primer tap ?? Looks right,? Should be right at the price but i know some of their stuff is poor quality 😕

Thumb screw off spindle gone so its a pliers job to isolate, all damp with fuel .
Dont think enough brass to attach new handle??

Options / advice please My fuel tap ,primer is leaking,damp . I have never needed to use heat on my s/ dexta or indeed use the primer. Lancashire UK Don't think anything leaks from atomizer into sump , turned off I think . Bought a new tap but leaks every were so swapped back to the original with br...

here's my arboreater 140 chipper . usually sat on my MF 65 , but the dexta will run it , needs to be 1850 / 1900 rev , hp not the prob its weight . pto angles better on 65 too , but dexta has run it on the last part of my fence campaign while the fergies in the workshop with backend in bits for new ...

as an aside
the contractor that put about 600 m of otter fencing around my fishery uses Bryce equipment / knockers

there tracked self-propelled knocker was a very impressive machine , only second job it had been on mega tool .
driving in BIG strainer like it was a tent peg .

I've ben offered another lift cover looks to be off a earlier dexta , will it fit my super ??
four bolts for quadrant , mine has two .

or a least may enough parts fit to isolate my problem

i fitted it and then finish ploughing a small field that I try to do each year , with my 3 fr fergie so 33 " a pass .
I think its nicer to drive now .
got here good and warm to as its not been used that much lately .

finally fitted the new seat

it needed a 6 mm plate under it to clear the tipper pipe

some have commented it looks odd...

I like it , the seat is further back so better for me , makes tractor much nicer , and the springing is good also .
I'm happy with it .

might not be good practice ? :oops: :oops: but I'd use heat on one flat from my oxy /propane , then perfect fitting socket , ideally flat drive ( not a loose bi hex only just fits but not quite :roll: ) mine would be 3/4 drive ,breaker bar/ tommy bar 2 - 4 ft scaffold tube set up before the heat so ...

A T engineering at brock , nr. Preston are HIGHLY recommended by me , very rare they don't have the nuts/ bolts for me .
do n't think they stock studs tho tbh

ello not to disagree with above .. only my opinion bit of oil in bores .... fine .. probably a good thing , I would think / hope it will drain thru the rings back into the sump any how so not to worry . prob smoke abit on start up ? if it was me re. gasket , new copper one , I'd use 'hylomar blue ' ...

I think the threads UNC from memory , I used 4 long bolts with the hex cut off , then ground a bit of a taper . last time I refit the cover . does make the job a lot easier / safer . think about were u screw the studs / length of stud ,/ depth of hole in the lift cover , if the studs don't stick thr...

glad you got it sorted looks a bit like the pictures in my ransomes booklet , but mines in English .
