I will have a look at the wheels at the weekend to see if the noise is coming from them.

I'm thinking I will have to jack up the wheels and let the preasure out of the tyres before I can see if the bolts are loose?
I will let you know what I find.

Today I have sorted the problem but not sure how? This is what I have done and found I think the charging warning light was shorting out, the rubber insulation was not very good and I think the bottom contact was touching the side housing, which was why it didn't light when the ignition was switched...
