I have what i believe is a 1954 Fordson major diesel, quite a while ago the side belt pulley starts up when running tractor and no amount of turning the pulley hand lever will disengage it, i can put my foot on it and it will stop till i remove my foot. Is friction causing the pulley to turn. Thanks...
