It does not seem to make any difference if the clutch is held for a long time or not. The low/high gear works fine, it's really only the R,1,2,3 that has the problem.
How do I know if I got a live PTO model?

Clutch
Got some problems getting into first and third gear. Some of teeth hitting teeth noises even with the clutch pedal fully depressed. Am I right to think I need to readjust the clutch release rod connection? And if so, how much would you suggest? Shorten by one turn? Two turns?

Re: Super Dexta not starting
Yeahy I got this one: http://www.agrilineproducts.com//ProductImages/ProductDetailMain/5269_DetailMain.gif All the connections seem to be fine. I also tried tapping the starter with a small hammer. Still nothing. Is there a way to test the solenoid? And uhhh stupid question but chassis is neutral ri...

Super Dexta not starting
Seems like this last wet winter was too much. Need some assistance as I am not sure what to do next. When I press the starter button the first I hear a soft click from the starter motor, not the sound I recognize as from a low battery. Charged battery (12.7 volt), Checked the thin wire to the starte...

RPM gauge not working
After doing some work on electrics my RPM indicator stopped working. Before I dismantle the whole tractor, what is the most obvious cause? Could the cable have slipped off the gauge?

Anybody any advise what oil to use in the bottom of the air filter? I assume it needs to be a light oil?

Can't anybody quickly measure the space to the front of the bonnet and to the center hinge? Please? Pretty please?

hole for exhaust
Changed the underframe exhaust with a vertical one so I will need to make a hole in the bonnet. Anybody got a clever trick that helps to decide where exactly to make it? Been fiddling with tape but that's not ideal.

Urghhhh, that's indeed not very service friendly, lol. I'll unscrew the fuel tank this evening and see if that helps. Thanks for the advice.

Temperature sensor cable routing
How the heck do I get that cable through the tube in the fuel tank? The cable itself might just fit, but the nut most certainly does not. Do I need to remove the steering column? Or dislodge the fuel tank?

Temperature sensor broken off
When I was removing the water temperature sensor only the 'screw' part came off and part is still in the hole. No way to grab it with pliers or anything. Anybody a suggestion on how to remove it? Push it in and try to find it somewhere in the tubes? Try to force it out with a lever forced inside the...

Drop arm
My adjustable drop arm was stuck so after a liberal amount of oil and grease I tried to force it free. Of course the only result was that the lever now moves around very easily and nothing moves up and down. I found a replacement at agriline (4008 Drop Arm - Adjustable) but it looks very different (...
