Re: Steering wheels

Thank you for the info so far.
I'll dig them out & look at their condition before deciding what to use. It will save using a spanner or the like but at 4mph I can't see me loosing control.

I had wondered if one was used on the E27N so Google images should help.

Steering wheels

Hello all,
I've got two Fordson N steering wheels but one of them has a plastic type of cover on the rim, blue ish in colour.

Which one is the proper one for the N or is one for the E27N?

N Calorimeter / temperature gauge thread

Good afternoon, I have recently bought a 1944 Standard N fitted with a rear mounted Automower winch. Whilst most bits are there it is lacking the calorimeter / temperature gauge & hence whilst waiting for a reasonably priced one to turn up i was going to bung the hole with something suitable. Theref...

Re: Transmission Brake

Hello again, Further to what it wrote the other day i have found some info' on the net from a manual dated October 1963. Re: Transmission Brake

Hello Mark, I was just doing a search for a reverse idler gear on line & came across your recent problem. I'm trying to put new brake plates in after taking them out many years ago. My problem is that there is to much space between the plates that can't be taken out by adjusting the nut, due to the ...
