Hi all.
Stripped the old 4D.
The crank, pump, and head are OK. The engine suffered from porosity(Liners Im told). The engine is complete except for starter and fly wheel, so its up for offers.

Im looking for an air filter for a ford 2712e the stub on the inlet manifold is 2-5/8"(67mm) dia, also require twin fuel filter set up. Lincs area.

Hi Neilarmo. The throttle linkage dosent go thru the block, cover plate has 8 studs assuming that's the plate at the rear of the pump, the pump seems to lean towards the engine, forgot about fan belt. The only numbers on starter side block are M3 1 2 On pump side numbers are E1A DDN 6015 G 0H6 Norm :?

Sorry about delay in replying ,been away for several wks.
The engine is going into an old coles crane, replacing a very old 4d which had issues with porosity in liners or block or both even though it ran sweet. I don't know if the cranks are similar.
