I have just had a full rebuild done on the 62 dexta.. It will not come to life at all,, it is also getting a lot off pressure coming back through the air cleaner, when being cranked over. I have checked my valve clearance over and over done them too .012.. Just the pops off pressure through the air ...

I have got a 1962 dexta, whats a good method off getting the liners out?. I am going to purchase the full engine overhaul kit from agriline, is there anything else important to change, while Ive got it in bits?..

I've stripped the starter motor apart, gave it a good clean (messy job). All back together and seems to be working now. Turns over a lot better aswell.

On my 1962 dexta, when the lever is pressed for the starter motor, it just clunks and doesn't turn over. Wonder if anyone has a solution? Thanks Sam
