right i got the number of the left side 09B714118 so this looks like a 1962 super dexta not a standard, some one has put a standard nose cone on can any one tell me how i can tell if i have the F3 152 3.6 inch bore (super) engine or the (standard)144 3.5 inch bore , i think thats right size thank yo...

i think its ok not seized when it stops raining i will take a look

had to use a Irwin Bolt Grip Nut Remover Socket 16mm, tapped on with hammer and with a 18inch socket bar it was still tight to undo very dry no oil leak at all. so i could get socket on sump plug had to drop the pickup hitch and take out the 4 bolts out holding 3 plates, one plate was attached to th...

i have found on line a old sump spanner and it has a 15mm square hole so fingers crossed it may fit, but i have got some 5mm flat bar so i can try it if the spanner dose not work

hi do you know if you can get over size bush for the king pins. i took pin out to find 3 bushes, bottom bush ok top bush gone only 2/3 of it left and a bush that came out with a rag i pulled though. the hole at top was oval and to big for the new top bush so i put the bottom new bush in as if fitted...

Might be a good idea to use the Ford method of rear axle cleaning before you fill up with clean oil. Mix 1 gal. of oil with 2 gal. Kerosene, (Definitely not Diesel) and run around in the yard for 1/2 to 1 hour with no load. Then drain and fill with clean oil. This works for the gear box too.
