The alternator I got says it sences through a single main battery feed but there is another big spade connector . What volt should come down the yellow wire as I'm not sure if bulb is to much it says 4 amp on it thought they should be about 2 would a strong bulb take to much. . I'm not that good on ...

Alternator problem

Hi I wired the alternator as described in previous posts following the diagram , the problem is when it starts the ignition light doesn't go out and the volts on the battery don't increase , the oil light stays on as this isn't connected yet , and advise would be great thanks

I've wired mine as above but on starting the light on the dash doesn't go out and no charge goin to the battery . Any ideas why . Thanks

Thanks I've found it blanked off , does the after market ones( from agriline ) go in as this looks like it has the sensor piece built in the housing .

Location help

Hi hope you can help I'm after the location of where the temp sender would be located on a super Dexta as mine been disconnected and can't find it to re wire , also where the tacho cable threads into on the engine the cables there but not on or in anything . Pictures would be great . Thanks
