You just can't Idle it around all the time. You need to put it to work every once in a while plowing, disking, or topping. Something that puts a decent steady load on it. Are you going to replace the bull pinion seals and rebuild the brake drum assemblies? I've got some photos of the these operations if you'd like to see them.
