Had my Simms injector pump overhauled, now need to sort out the timing, any advice on how to set it greatly appreciated, also are the cylinders numbered 1-4 with 1 at the front or 4 at the front, regards, Andy

Update, the injector pump seems seized with lots of rust/corrosion evident, with my v limited knowledge I've decided to take it to a specialist for sorting, should be ready for collection in a few days, hoped the bill isn't too big! Regards, Andy

Thanks Richard, didn't have as much time as hoped today but, eventually, got the unit off and the end cover off. Hi-I've removed the plate containing the drain plug from the rear diff but, although removing another 8 bolts holding the larges plate & filter I can't remove the plate, it's free at the front & sides but really firmly stuck at the rear, as though there's a bolt I've missed, any help/advice really a...
