Just for your information. When I installed the rear-lights and went to the technical inspection, they made one remark : rear lights are not correctly installed. They were at the original position but this is behind the rear axle and according to the belgian regualations : no white lights allowed be...

Ben,
I use all Radials.

I doubt if the old diagonals (cross-ply) for the traction wheels are still easy to find.
For the implements, yes.

Pascal, it is depending on what "antifreeze" you use. If it is coolingliquid (kant en klaar), the seals (main gasket) are not that resistant to it. These liquids are more agressive. My uncle has a Ford 4000 and started using cooling-liquid since a short time. Result : now leaking... If it is pure "G...

Gerry,
I'll check the "technical inspection report" . I went with my dexta to the technical inspection some time ago, but if I remember well : MTM = ± 6 000 kg.

You can also call the "Inspection Mobile" or "Autokeuring", they have tables for this.

Re: Recommended Rim Width for 28" Rear Wheels

Ben, when you check the manuals of the tyre-manufacturer, best fit is a W11 RIM. A W9 RIM is also ok, but the tyre will look more round and more under tension. A W10 Rim is very difficult to find , so just forget this. If you can get W11 rims, you can put bigger tyres on, but the outer diamer also i...

Terry, the life clutch is for both life hydraulics and the PTO. Both are operated by the same axle. The second clutch allows changing gears without stopping any implement or the lift. Just engage the PTO and check if that one is running. When you put a high load (mower) on that PTO, does it continue...
