hello all
i am currently putting a front loader on my major. i have fitted the brackets and the rams but i have a problem with the ram catching the exhaust elbow. can you get a narrower elbow? or have i got to modify it? has anybody else had same problem .

do you have any pictures so i can see extactly how it works?.i understand the point on a petrol/tvo tractor to warm up the engine to run on tvo.but the diesel tractor is a very good starter so what benfit do you gain with the shutter?.

does anybody know if the 1952 diesel major have a metal blind on the radiator? or is just the petrol parrafin ones.my tractor has the remains of one on but i have no lever to operate it though.is there any pictures out there so i could see how ones works .any info would be gratefull.thanks brad.

just wanted to say hello and what a great site this is. i am currently restoring a 1952 diesel major ive had lots of problems along the way but iam getting there.so i hope you dont mind if i ask questions and advise. i will put pictures up as soon as i have mastered it.
