I have wired my 59 dexta as the diagram shows. It has a 4 prong regulator. I, of course, get power to the side of the starter solenoid but not the across side. Also, when I hook up the A post on the regulator it shows the big yellow wire goes to the starter solenoid and a jumper goes to the battery ...

IS a Dynamo the same as a generator

I converted my 59 Dexta from Alternator back to generator. I was re-wiring it with a new harness and noticed it shows to ground the positive battery cable and the ground cable goes to the starter solenoid. Is this correct, this is a first for me. I thought if you grounded the positive terminal that ...

I have a 59 Dexta and there is a lot of play in the steering wheel. How do I adjust the steering to take the play out of the wheel.

Does anyone know the correct Paint Code for the 1959 Dexta. I am in the states and would like to see if there is a PPG number or a Dupont number for the tractor and wheels

Hello Everyone and Happy Holidays.

I have a 57 Dexta which is blue with white wheels. I have noticed most of the Dextas have orange wheels. What is the reason of two different colored wheels???
