hi idont know if they can be made to fit the dexta drawbar dexta is roughly 42 inches long so that one is shorter for a start, the part which anchor,s the drawbar may not line up hole wise either, there are four, also the swinging part of the hitch has four holes to line up, the thickness is ok at 1...

i dont know about the best repair method but i use a peice of soft metal ,copper or the such as this will wear again but will not wear out the metal ball as it is softer than the metal. it will take up the slack in the joint, just tap it into the cups an tighten up , this usually does mine about a y...

i have a mc connel i use on my s/dexta for dicthes among other jobs dont no how i did without it before, if your not hopeing its equlivant to a track machine it will do your job but if its to be used every day with alot of digging work might be better to go for a track or a jcb, i get by with my old...

a small spit of diesel intermitally from each injector as engine is turnned over
is normal, cant really help with engine kit i suppose they all much the same

hi that seems ok the lift isnt supose to stay up for long peroids when not in use
it isnt good for the seals for lift to remain in raised position with engine off,
and can be dangerous
as long it doesnt drop with engine running an does its job you have nothing to worry about

after doing abit of surffing the web it seems this problem is not uncommon ,the dexta should be able to tip 2ton ,but it may also have something to do with loading of trailer it always helps to keep most of the load over back end of trailer,with 2ton on trailer of say sand laid flat on bed would be ...

hi you may also check the joint at the end of the radius rods at the pedal end , theses may be worn , remove the pedal bolts and make half round type fillers these can be made from copper from an old copper cylinder/boiler or just use the one out of your house im sure the missus wont mind :D or some...

hi i used a screw driver to tap down between housing and bush ,and collpase the bush and tap it out . do the same tap and bottom ,fitting the new ones just tighten the housing up in vice and tap new ones in making sure they are propley linned up, the hardest part was taking housing axel end off, the...
