I pretty sure they are 3/4" UNC. If your threads are as rusty as mine were run a tap through to check before buying bolts to be certain. Dave

My pulley was just the same untill after my son took it into work and pressed on a new bearing for me. He says there was quite a lot of burring on the gear which made enough friction to turn the pulley wheel so he cleaned the burring off with emery cloth and its been no trouble since.

Thanks for the answers. As I use a logsplitter on the 3PL and need to move a trailer regularly I won`t be disconecting the link arms unless there is a compelling reason to do so. I don`t think 12.6v is all that good if fully charged, 13.2v - 13.4v would be better. Dave

Chriss, if its any help I run a hydraulic splitter on my 1960 FPM. I use 30w oil, took the feed off from under the RH side of the drivers seat, returned through the filler cap.
