with a screwdriver slightly larger than the size of the hole, give it a knock into the hole. This should slacken the washer and bite into it to pull it out.

single row ball to suit the size of the hole in the flywheel. remember needs to be sliding fit over shaft for assembly

lookling at that picture your spring is far more compressed than mine which was a new replacement. that would explain why i couldnt get as many plates

remove the bolts from the pump and remove the fuel pump shaft that drives the pump. Pump will then come out

the only way forward here is a complete strip. It will only come back to bite you if you dont. Ive had the same on a ford tractor and the gunk was everywhere, a lack of comression producing incomplete combustion and caking the exhaust.

put the dynamo on the bench. put a positive on both terminals on the dynamo than connect an earth. it should set away like a motor. if it does this it should be ok.

there is a company here in the UK does an External Services repair kit £45. no moore kit though. Are they much different?

if there is no play in the steering i would go with a brake binding. i have had a box go before but all that happened was very bad wheel wobble.

yeh its a shame but not as big a shame it was standard and i had to look for another box.

Hi, im new here from uk, hope everyone is well.
I am currently restoring a new Performance major 4wd and it is dead drive. Is this correct or were they all live drive.
