Light Switch Functions

Hi, I am up to starting the wiring on the e27n and am just wondering what exactly the light swich does (other than turn the lights on)...
The switch I am enquiring about is the one on the dash box wich has the lever pointing down.
I'd imagine if you flick it one way it will turn on the lights but what does it do when turned to the other side.
Please excuse the fact that I have no idea but I literally bought this tractor in pieces.

The Headlight Switch positions:-
Straight up & down = OFF
Click to the Right = PARK LIGHT
1Click to the Left = LOW BEAM.
2 Clicks to the Left = HIGH BEAM.
