In case you haven't checked out the Wiki for a while, be sure to pay it a visit! There are a lot of very nice articles on there, such as:
A how-to article about fixing a New Major hydraulic problem
Articles about identifying your
Major and
Dexta
A very nice article on
modernizing the Dexta's wiring, as well as a handy decimal/imperial conversion table.
And, of course, lots of stories about recent tractor shows! Don't miss it!

"Meddo 2011, The World is Orange" is now complete and on the Wiki

Lots of pictures.
( entry code: fordsontractorpages and dotty)
We have also had a request to write the sequel to "Repatriating a Dexta" the story of getting Oscar's Dexta to its new home with Barry in the Isle of Anglesey. We left the story with the Dexta safely resting in a field in Norfolk with Nuffy et.al. Now the rest of the story is to be told, watch out for it on the Wiki!
Just in case you do not know, "Repatriating a Dexta" is on the old site and can be accessed through the "Home Page" at "General" in the banner. If you have never visited this part of our board, please do and let us know what you think.

Another forthcoming story on Wiki is from Ian Denton and is about his time with the Ford 8401 in Australia.

Read the NEW and EXCLUSIVE article by Ian Denton about the Ford 8401. Written by a real Ford enthusiast and someone who has been with a Ford Dealership for all his life. He was there at the concept of this popular Australian tractor.
