Hi i was wanting to know how i can go about getting a v5 for my e27n i have tryed talking to the dvla but there not that interested if anyone can shed some light on how to go about it it would be super thanks

It depends if you're trying to reclaim the original registration or apply for an age related number.
If you know the original number you have to privide "documentary evidence" such as the old log book, a certified copy of the original entry (from the county archives if the record still exist - many were destroyed), original bill of sale etc.
If you want an age related number you need to prove the age of the vehicle (usually needs certifying by an accepted "expert")
and know engine numbers etc. - there are plenty of specialists advertising in T&M.

I think the forms are available on the DVLA site and tell you pretty much what you need to know.
