E27N electric box mount

Post by timfarrow »

Does anyone have details of the bracket that is used to mount the electric box on a late p/p. This is the box which lays across the steering column at right angles and not the P6 version which lays in line with the column? Also what amperage is required from the battery to power the starter motor.
Thanks
Tim

Not quite sure what you want here. Are you going to fab up the electrical box mount and need dimensions? It's just a sheet metal triangle about 4 inches wide.

Regarding the "amperage", more is never too much! Just give it a 12V battery that fits the platform!.

Remember to disengage the 3PH hydraulic pump when starting!

Thanks. I'll try to fabricate one with this information and reference to pictures in the Condie book
